TERMS & CONDITIONS:

SUBSCRIPTION

  • For Advertising and Digital Agencies:
    The standard price of the WISH FOR ALL yearly subscription is Rs. 50,000/-. As part of the Inauguration Offer, it is available at Rs. 25,000/- on a no-profit, no-loss basis, limited to the first 100 subscriptions. This works out to approximately Rs. 2,100/- per month.

  • Trial Monthly Subscription:
    The regular price of the monthly subscription is Rs. 5,000/-. Under the Inauguration Offer, it is offered at Rs. 3,000/- on a no-profit, no-loss basis, applicable to the first 100 subscriptions.

  • Single Wish:
    Each individual wish is priced at Rs. 750/-.

  • Subscription Month Definition:
    A subscription month is calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last calendar day (28th, 29th, 30th, or 31st, as applicable).

PAYMENT TERMS:

  • All payments must be made in advance at the time of booking for yearly, monthly, or single subscriptions.

  • For yearly subscriptions, payment may be made in two instalments:

    • The first instalment is payable at the time of booking.

    • The second instalment must be paid within 120 to 130 days from the date of booking. Failure to make the second payment within this period will result in non-delivery of the 6th-month festival wishes, and the agreement will be discontinued at the end of the 5th month.

  • In the event that an Advertising or Digital Agency holding a yearly subscription discontinues services for a particular client, the agency may transfer the subscription to another client without any additional charges. This replacement facility can be availed once in a subscription year only.

LAST SLIDE CREATIVE:

  • Advertising and Digital Agencies are required to provide the final creative slide materials, including brand logo, product image, and contact details, in the specified size and resolution as communicated by WISH FOR ALL.

  • For the one-month trial subscription, the last creative slide will not be animated.
    For a yearly subscription, WISH FOR ALL will animate the last creative slide to give it an advertisement-style look. Alternatively, Advertising and Digital Agencies may submit their own pre-animated slide in MP4 or MOV format.

  • An agency is entitled to last slide animation services for up to two creatives per year under the yearly subscription. Any additional animation requests beyond this limit will be chargeable.

  • Creative Size:
    The size of the creative shall be 1080 Width  X 920 Length.

MONTHLY CIRCLE:

  • WISH FOR ALL will upload all Festival Wishes, Daily Posts, and Birthday Greetings on www.wishforall.in one month in advance, on the 1st day of the previous month.

  • Advertising and Digital Agencies are required to select the Festival Wishes, Daily Posts, and Birthday Greetings from the collection and email their choices to creative@wishforall.in by the 20th of each month.

    • Based on your selections, we will provide all final creatives for the upcoming month by the 30th of the previous month.

    • This ensures that agencies can use the creatives without any time or creative burden.

  • If, under any circumstance, an agency fails to select the creatives by the 20th of the previous month, WISH FOR ALL will automatically provide the creatives using our own pre-made wishes by the 1st of the next month.

LOGO PLACEMENT:

  • For all WISH FOR ALL creatives, the client’s logo will be placed at the top or bottom, depending on what looks best for the creative.

    • Logos will be displayed in their original colors, in reverse, or on a white or black background in square or circular format, whichever complements the creative most effectively.

  • On the final slide, the WISH FOR ALL logo (bug) will appear at the bottom of the creative in a very small, unobtrusive size.

    • This is mandatory to protect copyright, prevent duplication, and serve legal purposes.

    • The WISH FOR ALL subscription provides usage rights only to subscribers; the subscription does not transfer ownership or the right to sell the creative to the agency’s clients or third parties.

REFUND POLICY:

– Payment once done will not be refundable.

– All payment will be done only in favour of Memorries Forrever at the time of monthly, yearly and single subscription.
